The buyer is responsible for all customs and any applicable taxes which are paid at the time of arrival. Shipping charges and available service will vary based on package weight and country of destination. To ensure the shipping experience is pleasant for both Rain+Sky Home and you the buyer, we will contact customers via the provided contact email or number to ensure the information provided is correct and to answer any questions concerning the shipping process.
To clean, carefull remove felt bottom from each coaster; then placing the sticky felt on parchment paper. (***Please not each felt bottom is custom fitted specifically for your coasters.
Place coasters in luke-warm water with your preferred cleaning soap, and let soak. Rinse until clean of any stains, crumbs.
Pat dry, and place your ssticky felt, back onto each coasters. The felt should match up perfectly with its intended coaster.
Sizing
As you will notice these coasters are not circular or sqaure, like your standard coaster. The unique shape of the beautiful continent of Africa, is what makes our coasters standout! Our coasters are approximately 5.5in. in length and approximately 5in. in width. Comes is set of 4 or 8.*All items are made to order. Our coasters require consistent heat regulation during their production and take several days to fully cure. See Shipping Policy for full details.

We accept exchanges for any product that has been damaged or receiving the wrong item. lease send a DM within 24hrs of delivery. Message Please email us within 24 hours or delivery. Email must include any relevant photo of the damaged or wrong item received. For US customers, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided at no charge to exchange your order. All exchanges will be processed within 2-4 days, upon receipt of returned package.
*We will not accept exchanges after 14 days.
- This collection will ship via Standard First Class, USPS Priority Mail, and USPS Express. All Items marked in stock will ship within 5-7 business days. You can learn more about our production and processing here.
- Your order will be delivered to the delivery address you specify when placing your order. If your items are returned due to an incomplete/invalid address, input by customer (i.e forrgetting to include the apartment number) you will be subject to another shipping charge in order to redeliver your item. If we (the sender) are at fault, you will not be subject to any additional charges.
- We will attempt in good faith to deliver your items in accordance with your order, but we will not be responsible or liable for any delays or failure in such delivery due to a third-party carrier (USPS/FEDEX/UPS). Customer agrees to contact carrier regarding any delivery issues once item has been marked as accepted/scanned/ and or delivered by USPS.
