The buyer is responsible for all customs and any applicable taxes which are paid at the time of arrival. Shipping charges and available service will vary based on package weight and country of destination. 

• We ship via Standard First Class, USPS Priority Mail, and USPS Express. Items are made to order, in the order they are received and ship within 2-6 weeks.*Rush Shipping availble at checkout. Learn more here.

 

• COVID-19 DELAYS: Please note; retailers and shipping carries worldwide continue to experience delays. In the event your order has been delayed, while in the production phase, we will update you via email. Once your item has been shipped, you will need to contact USPS regarding any delivery delays.

 

• Our collection is handmade from start to finish. Please feel free to email us at customerservice@rainskyhome.com before ordering regarding our processing time.

 

• If your items is returned due to an incomplete/invalid or wrong address input by customer (i.e forrgetting to include the apartment number) you will be subject to another shipping charge in order to redeliver your item. If we (the sender) are at fault, you will not be subject to any additional charges.

 

• Damaged Item - If for any reason your item arrives damaged, please contact us via customerservice@rainskyhome.com within 24 hours of delivery. We do except exchanges with proof of damage.

• Your order will be delivered to the delivery address you specify when placing your order.  If your items are returned due to an incomplete/invalid address, input by customer (i.e forrgetting to include the apartment number) you will be subject to another shipping charge in order to redeliver your item. • We  will attempt in good faith to deliver your items in accordance with your order, but we will not be responsible or liable for any delays or failure in such delivery due to a third-party carrier (USPS/FEDEX/UPS). Customer agrees to contact carrier regarding any delivery issues once item has been marked as accepted/scanned/ and or delivered by USPS.
